Administrative Coordination and Professional Development

Journal Entry: March 25, 2026 Location: Ironheart Mood/Title: Administrative Coordination and Professional Development

Today was largely focused on administrative collaboration and maintaining the standards of our caste. The morning began with a Scribe meeting, where we took the opportunity to review the recent En'Kara Fair. It was a valuable time for reflection, identifying both the successes in event coordination and the areas where we can improve logistics for future gatherings.

We also engaged in a productive discussion regarding the professional standards of our caste. It is becoming increasingly clear that maintaining the integrity of our roles—whether as Scribes, Physicians, or other professionals—requires consistent commitment and the ability to demonstrate our knowledge effectively. We addressed the importance of rigorous testing and mentorship to ensure that those entering our ranks possess the necessary dedication and understanding.

Following the meeting, I focused on some personal administrative tasks, including processing acquisitions and ensuring my equipment remains compatible with the region's current simulator requirements, despite a few minor version mismatches.

To Do:

  • Follow up on scribe application standards as discussed.

  • Review notes and documentation from the En'Kara post-fair debrief.

  • Continue refining the Academy's instructional materials and prepare for upcoming lectures.

  • Ensure all HUDs and operational equipment are updated to maintain connectivity across regions.
