Key Updates & Announcements

• Relief Efforts for Venna: Following a recent catastrophe in Venna, Olni is actively gathering supplies. Contributions include:

  • Scribes: Quills, scrolls, ink, and wax.

  • Physicians: Medical supplies.

  • City Infrastructure: The Ubar has directed the preparation of water barrels (cleaned and steamed) to be filled with fresh water for shipment.

• Diplomacy & Trade:

  • Lara Renewal: The city’s trade renewal with Lara is scheduled for June 15 at noon. A celebration will follow in Olni.

  • Olni Market: Residents are encouraged to shop at the Olni market first, as a percentage of sales supports the city. Stall space and G&S carts are available for interested vendors.

• City Projects:

  • The Circle: Discussions are ongoing and will resume later this week following a brief pause due to external events.

  • Kennel Report: Paul SpiritWeaver reported that training classes, including bath classes, are continuing. Two slaves were renamed: Khawali is now Layla, and 1805 is now Sasi. A new Olni cookbook is in development, and recipe submissions are welcome.

  • Readings: Dezora continues to host successful book readings on Saturdays (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM SLT).

• Events & Schedule Changes:

  • Father’s Day: There will be no city meeting on June 21.

  • Festival of Steel: The July festival is moved to July 11 to avoid conflict with the July 4 holiday.

  • Weekly Activities: CTF (Capture the Flag) continues Mondays and Fridays at 4:00 PM SLT. The next OOC theme for the market area is "Toga Time."

  • Brew and Banter: Held today at 5:00 PM SLT at the Olni Central Fire.
