Mood/Title: Educational Hall Setup & Community Connections in Turmus
Started the morning in Turmus chatting with Lady Carola and Lady Cherry while trying out the new benches and enjoying blackwine. A returning warrior, Lucius Spire (Marcus), joined us to catch up on recent city developments and the upcoming Merchant Fair. Later, I met with Selia and finalized the rental for building #25 to serve as our new Educational Hall. Spent a good part of the day decorating the space, arranging cushions, adjusting my desk, and mounting the schedule board.
Kaellaed and several local slave girls—Amalia, Cheryl, Jean, and Shana—stopped in to see the new setup and help test the blackboard. Later in the afternoon, Advocate Aries visited the hall to discuss upcoming classes and suggested organizing a "Know Your Rights" session regarding slave discipline customs in the city, which fits well with recent council discussions. Ended the day with the space fully prepared for our upcoming Open House.
To Do:
Prepare for the Educational Hall Open House sessions at Turmus (#25) starting Friday, July 17th.
Draft lesson outlines for the proposed "Know Your Rights" class on slave discipline customs.
Finalize blackboard announcements and schedules outside the Educational Hall.

Event Type: Informated Gathering & Schoolhouse Planning
Location: Educational Hall (#25), Turmus
Participants: Lady Kati Evans, Advocate Aries Marchese (
d3athmak3r3), Kaellaed Rhode, Amalia (amaliajimenez), Cheryl (cherylsue.snoodle), Jean (jean1), Shana (sweetfairye), Berick Firelight (berick.firelight).
Key Discussion Points:
Facility & Blackboard Testing:
The local kajirae assisted in testing the new blackboard setup and verifying texture/UUID display functions for upcoming class presentations.
Curriculum Proposal ("Know Your Rights"):
Advocate Aries suggested hosting an educational session for free citizens focusing on city laws regarding slave discipline—specifically addressing when and how it is appropriate to discipline public stock versus private slaves of other free citizens.
Kati confirmed that while any free person may discipline a slave for misbehavior, severe physical harm or death requires restitution to the owner for property loss.
Community Use:
Confirmed that the Educational Hall will serve as an open gathering space for all castes and visitors, with an upcoming Open House scheduled for July 17th and 18th.
