To Selia in Turmus on 18 July 2025 [05:51] Kati Evans: I see that #76 stall right off Stefen's Office is empty currently and it got me to thinking; can a person rent both commercial space and a home in this sim?  Kael and I will of course want a house when one becomes available.  This empty space got me to thinking of an open air office space to set up a Legal Assistant Office for people to come to and see me about matters and I take down all the basic information for the magistrates. Note: I do not want to jeopardize a home for Kael and me for an office space there, yet it does sound like a good place to be for hours a day and may generate some fun in the process.  What do you think?

But yes people  can rent a house and a shop.
