Journal Entry: 2026-05-15 Location: Olni Var / Summer Sun Mood/Title: Anchoring My Purpose
Today felt restorative, a quiet contrast to the recent turbulence. After the uncertainty of the past few days, there was comfort in the simplicity of returning to my studies and finding solace in the company of those I trust. Being with Father, Izzy, and the others of our circle—away from the performative "Disney Gor" and the empty posturing of those who have forgotten the weight of the steel they carry—reminds me of why I fought so hard for my place in this world. It isn't about the titles or the city politics; it is about the loyalty between those who understand that honor is earned, not just declared.
I have spent time focusing on the logistics of my teaching materials, ensuring that the "Circle" project and my upcoming classes are grounded in the actual, often difficult, reality of Gor. I refuse to dilute these lessons for the sake of comfort. If the people here wish to learn, they will learn the truth of our ways, not the sanitized version that seems to be proliferating in these southern ports. As the sun set, the quiet moments on the shore served as a reminder that regardless of which city holds the title, the true Home Stone is found in the company of one's own people and the adherence to one's own code. I am steadying myself for whatever is next.
To Do:
[ ] Review the final materials for "The Gates" session; ensure the tone is appropriately firm and Gorean.
[ ] Finalize the plans for the upcoming educational seminars; I want the content to be challenging but accessible to those genuinely seeking to understand our culture.
[ ] Maintain a watchful eye on our household’s security—trust is a luxury we cannot afford in this political climate.
[ ] Spend some time offline or in quiet reflection; the constant noise and the shifting loyalties in Olni are exhausting.
